In many societies, topics such as women's health, menstruation, and body image are viewed as taboos, often associated with shame and secrecy. This prevents women from accessing accurate health information, creates misinformation, and limits menstrual product accessibility. The silence strongly impacts young girls approaching puberty and shapes how all genders learn about menstruation.

This project aims to break the stigma by addressing issues like hygiene, period poverty, and access to products. It also explores how boys learn about menstruation, why periods are seen as shameful, and what knowledge is missing. Involving all genders in open, age-appropriate conversations is essential to building a supportive and inclusive environment.

The project explains menstruation and its stigmas to children of all genders using clear, simple biological language to foster empathy, awareness, and understanding from an early age.
