| This project draws upon Buddhist stories as a past and a future – spiritually and culturally. Through visual communication design, it reconstructs forgotten or damaged Buddhist cultural heritage using mediums such as photography, photo-montage, 3D modelling, and augmented reality. In an age overwhelmed by information and visual noise, where emotional numbness has become a common condition, this work seeks to gently, but profoundly, prompt reflection on the meaning of culture and our place within it. Framed by the concept of absent monuments, the project not only traces the rupture of spiritual values but also points toward potential paths of restoration for the future. |
